Questions about plans

How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed. Before the trial ends, we will contact you to choose a plan. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

Who counts as an editor?

Editors are the people who can change diagrams: the owner, admins and editors. Viewers can open the diagrams shared with them but cannot change anything, and they are always free.

Why is Mirai Flow invite-only?

During early access we set up each business by hand. We check who the business is and who the owner will be, create your workspace and email the owner an invitation. From then on, the owner invites and manages their own team.

Can I leave at any time?

Yes. Email us to cancel. Anyone with access to a diagram can download it at any time, and if you are leaving we can prepare a full download of your workspace. After you cancel, your workspace stays available read-only for 30 days. You own your diagrams; see the terms of service for the details.

Where is my data kept?

Mirai Flow runs on servers Mirai owns and operates in Perth, Western Australia, with backup copies at a second Mirai site in Perth. Read the privacy policy to see how we handle personal information.

Will prices change?

We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
